Five Star

Five Star recently added a ribeye to the menu. Excellent choice if you’re in the mood for a large steak. I wrote about the filet back in January I’d suggest that as well. This steak is fairly large, 14 or 15 oz I believe. Their grills are very hot which allows them to sear the steak and get a nice crispy finish while being tender inside, the chef suggest medium-medium rare. The sauce is a light and slightly sweet and it sits on a bed of mixed vegetables. A side of wasabi mashed potatoes finishes off the dish. This is a great steak thoughtfully prepared with a little of the asian flair you’d expect from five star. Give this a shot, you can’t go wrong.
